i see chancre on my pubic regions and more especially when i shave,what could be the ailment and more also my heartbeat its always fast and sensational vibration all over my body

chancre on the pubis is due to infection.. it appears atleast by a week after unprotected coitus in case of syphilis.. other causes are tinia pubis, folliculitis.. antifungal cream can be used in above condition...
