Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
Due to fluctuating hormonal level because of unpredictable release of hormone into circulation from depo there could be such bleeding, there is no cause for concern. Do get an Ultrasound scan of abdomen to rule out remote possiblity In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Wishing you happy and healthy life
Take Care
