Having Blood Pressure And Taking Amlopres. BP Remains High And Massive Pain In Thighs And Legs. Need Advise

Hello doctor.. My mom is 53 years old.. She is having blood pressure since last 12 years.. She has been taking a medicine named Amlopres-L since then.. But now since quite long he B.P remains high say 140/90 , 150/90 and Sumtimes even 160/90.. Today we approached another doctor and he recommended Amlopres-L ( after breakfast) and Eritel 20 mg (after dinner). Also I have thyroid since 4 years. Last year My TSH was 5.0575 and I was taking thyronorm 88.5 This year my TSH is 1.45 and I am told to take thyronorm 75.. Since last 3 weeks I am also having massive pain in my thighs and legs.. Today after going to the doctor he asked me to take the following medicines.. Amlopres-L (after breakfast) Eritel 20 ( after dinner) Thyronorm 75 ( early morning) Becosules -Z ( after breakfast ) Carnisure 500 ( after breakfast and dinner) Shelcal CT (after Breakfast) Evion LC ( after breakfast) Can you please guide me on the same., Thanking you for the same... Your treatment is appropriate... Often a second or even a third drug is necessary for proper control of pressure.
The dose of thyroid replacement is based on TSH level
You may need more investigations like MRI spine, lab tests to evaluate thigh pain..
