Having A Scanty Menstruation. When Having Period It Flows While Urination Only And Has Foul Smell. Cause? Treatment?

i am having a scanty menstruation for a year now, it doesn't flow over the pads i wear but whenever i urinate, it flows more blood in there..another problem is that it has a foul smell, same with my discharge after my menstruation...does this has a connection with my goiter, hormonal imbalance, or maybe a problem with my uterus, ovaries or what?..

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Scanty flow during periods is called as hypomenorrhea.
That can occur due to causes like:
Anemia
Thyroid abnormalities
poly cystic ovary disease etc.
So you once consult gynecologist get examined, go for ultrasound to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
