Have Thalassemia Minor. Trying To Lose Weight. Does Medari Syrup Have Side Effects?

Hello, I am 43 years, 5.1 ft height. weight 75 kg. I have tried a lot to loose weight, I loose upto 8-10 kg, then again start gaining weight, this problem is hereditary from my mothers side. I am thalesemia minor, leading a hectic lifestyle, no time dedicated to exercise. Day starts at 5.30 am and ends at about 10.00 pm, with managing 2 kids, family and work at office. i had been advice for medari syrup with tablets. Kindly let me know if there are any side effects. I dont mind the weight loss on a gradual basis.

The simplest formula of losing weight is to burn more calories than intake. The shortfall in energy requirement then comes from burning of fat.

Also, it would be worthwhile to have a Thyroid Hormonal Assay and Fasting/Post-prandial blood sugar estimation done, to exclude/confirm hypothyroidism and diabetes respectively.
