I have a swollen submental gland for 2 days and have been exhausted for about 8 days. I have been having dizzy spells and crazy mood swings. It's very possible for me to be pregnant. To me symptoms sound like pregnancy or something else like mono? My husband had a sore in the

You have
1) Swollen sub mental gland (lymph adenitis) - 2 days duration - your husband is having bad sore throat. These two may be interlinked or you may have infection in the drainage area of sub mental lymph gland - tip of tongue, floor of mouth or center portion of lip.
2) You are exausted - 8 days duration -You are dizzy and crazy mood. These two may be interlinked.
3) Chance for pregnancy is there - unless you explain your menstrual history, LMP or missed period date -it is difficult to link your above complaints with pregnancy.
Why don't you do a HPT and confirm your pregnancy if you had missed your period.
