Have Swollen Glands In Throat And Neck. Sore Throat And Inner Ear Ache. Left Ankle Swollen. Solution?

I've been feeling ill for 5 weeks. Had swollen glands in armpits which have gone down now but they are still up in my throat and neck. i had a Nasty chesty muccas cough for 3 weeks but much better now. Left with sore throat and inner ear ache. Constantly tired. Have developed alopecia in two spots and now my left ankle very swollen (twice size of other ankle but I've not hurt it or flown etc) any ideas?

IT APPEARS YOU HAVE SEVERE CHEST OR THROAT INFECTION THAT HAS CAUSES ENLARGED LYMPH NODES IN YOUR NECK AND ARMPITS. EAR ACHE IS ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH THROAT INFECTIONS. YOU NEED TO GET A BLOOD CULTURE FIRST TO ASSESS WHAT KIND OD ORGANISMS ARE CAUSING IT AND THEN TAKE MEDICINES ACCORDING TO THE SENSITIVITY. YOUR ANKLE SWELLING MAY BE DUE TO ANY DRUG SIDE EFFECT. SOMETIMES KIDNEYS CAN GET AFFECTED AFTER THROAT INFECTIONS MAY RESULT IN SWELLING OF FEET. GET A URINE R/E AND RENAL FUNCTION TESTS THANKS
