i believe i have arthritis, joints are sore, swollen, toes are deformed, hammer toes, am very stiff when first getting up. i do not take anything for pain, bp seems to be a little on the high side, 160/78, approx., am on coversill 8 mg per day, but i seem to sleep a lot. i can fall asleep in afternoon for 2 hrs, rite out, and still go to bed at ll pm, am 73 yrs old, and also on anxiety medicine , could that be making me sleep, and be so non energenic. one day i go full out, next day, i am down to stand still, no energey. age? or something else.
