Have Severe Pain In Navicular Accessory Bone In Right Foot. How To Reduce Pain?

i have a navicular accessory bone in my right foot.it hurts alot daily. not only the surrounding tissue but mostly the bone! i find myself doing anything to put pressure on it. altthough this hurts alot it also feels good at the same time. i but heavy objects on my arch like bedposts..or i step on things like golf balls,..or rest my arch on objects like corners and such.i find myself thinking about driving a hammer and nail through my arch bone.or getting the bone removed.help!

In such case the surgery is the only option, but if you can manage the pain with symptomatic medicine and able to bear the pain then no need to go for surgery, local pain killing agents can be used, there are many newer Techniques available in field of orthopedic, better have word with some good orthopedic surgeon if this can be done with laser mathod have nice day.
