Have Premature Ejaculation. Blood On Condom. Am I Infected?

Hi! doc, I had protected sex with a prostitute, although i couldnt complete the act, nor ejaculate as I suffer from premature ejacuation, but after i removed from her I noticed blood on my condom, but the condom was not broken nor did the blood drops fall on any of my body parts, nor did I touch it. can I get infected, should i get myself tested as its almost 2 months after the incident, its has ruined my marriage life coz my wife is constantly fighting with me for not sleeping with her, i did sleep with her only twice but with condom, now she suspects me that i have done something wrong and hence am using a condom, because the first 2 months of the year we were trying for our second child and now i have suddenly stopped. please advise me as i am worried, do u recommend a test now.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have protected sex with prostitute who had bleeding from her vagina during intercourse. This could be due to she may be in menstruation.

Though you have used condom during sex and confident of it been not broken does not give guaranty of 100% protection about transmission and acquiring STD or HIV infection.

Please get your preliminary tests for STD and screening for HIV done and repeat the same after three months to be sure of free from STD and HIV.
