hi...... you have to forgive me for my spelling as my english is not my 1st language..
my question is about a week ago i had sex with a prostitute in a sex house. i did use condom during the intercourse but but when i was about to ejaculate i pulled out end she tuck the condom of end masturbated me then i come.. my worries is that she had her vaginal fluid in her hand.. doc please can u tell me onest what are the chanses of beeing infected in this case ..

I think you don't need to worry about this particular contact. Firstly there was no direct contact and secondly, in this particular scenario not a lot of vaginal fluids would have possibly come into contact with penile mucosa.
However, I would still suggest you to get tested for HIV just to clear the thought out of your mind. Screening for HIV can be earliest at 1 month and that has to be repeated again after 3 months.
Moreover protected peno-vaginal sex is not a guarantee against all STD's apart from HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Warts, molluscum and genital herpes can still be acquired.
Therefore if you notice any growth or bumps or erosions, you must get it checked with a specialist.
