Have Pain In The Legs. No Medication Till Now. What Can Be The Cause For The Pain?

hi, i have a constant dull aching down the backs of both legs, from the bottom of my buttocks to the soles of my feet, very heavy aching and tired, worse first thing until I get on the move, very jumpy and uncomfortable at night and when sitting or in bed, when at its worst its like constant jagging with needles, calves feel as if they are very heavy and solid. No visible signs of water retention or anything.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Sciatica giving this type of pain.
You might have Osteo-artheritis of lumbo-sacral spines giving pressure or irritation on nerves causing severe pain on back and back of legs.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region and after report consult orthopedic surgeon and seek his advice.
Ok and take care.
