General & Family Physician Dr. Namitha's  Response
Hi Gaby,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.Occasional abdominal pain is harmless and normal in pregnancy. However, I would suggest you to see your doctor as you seem to have severe pain.It can be because of you have pulled a ligament or it can be serious enough to require attention. Please do not ignore this pain. Wishing you a safe delivery.
