Hi ! The neurological symptoms in your hand and foot could possibly be due to a cervical rib or cervical spondilosis. The vision problem has to be investigated by an ophthalmologist, but migraine is also to be excluded.
It seems to me that the lymph node enlargement is an independent entity not related to your other complaints. Painful lymph nodes could be due to infection of the draining areas, but you have to get investigated more for the word "hard lymph nodes" in the left supraclavicular and right groin area. This needs to be evaluated by physical examination by your family physician and accordingly investigated into. In case of inflammatory swelling of lymph nodes, these will subside with a course of proper antibiotics after examining the draining areas. Wish you an early recovery.
