Have Mucus In Stool. Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Weight Loss. Taken Ornidazole, Mebeverine. Help

sir, i have mucus in my stool more than one and half years. didn not take any medicine, did nor loose appetite or weight. But three months ago, i felt severe pain in upper abdomen , i went to the doctor, he prescribed ornidazole and a-spasm but no result, then he made endoscopy, colonscopy andprescribed rifaximin and pantoprazple, mebeverine. than i have got diarrhea, then he told to con tinue pantoprazple, mebeverine and acidophilous (Probiotic). I have lost weight 8 pounds within 4 months. Is everything going right , plz help me sir.

ofcourse carcinoma also to be excluded,
investigations in those lines may help
