Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. If your periods used to be regular there is a high possibility that you are pregnant. I advise you to have a quantitative pregnancy test to cut short. If there is pregnancy, please start Folic acid supplement and visit your doctor after 2 weeks to document a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and to exclude ectopic. If there is no pregnancy then you may either wait for spontaneous menstruation or visit your doctor to prescribe you progesterone to induce menstruation. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
