Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain in the right leg along with a burning sensation is likely to be related to a nerve root compression at the level of spinal cord. He needs to have an MRI of the back to detect the extent of damage. Meanwhile taking mild pain killers will help him.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
