I have slight irritation in my right eye ball. It seems that it is because of a boil. This was not very problematic in the early stages about a week ago. But now it seems to be causing irritation and tears from my right eye. I have started using ciprofloxacin eye drops for it. Please tell me, what needs to be done. I am afraid that it might grow further.

if u r having pain/swelling near upper/lower eyelid called stye/boil like,u need to take antibiotic+analgesic for relief.this condition genrally increases for few days,than within 7 days it subsides.
local use of ciprofloxacin eye ointment will b more helpful.
