Have Irregular Periods, Sore Nipples And Discharge From Vagina. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. When To Take Next Test?

My nipples stay hard and extremely sore, so bad I almost can't stand it and I have a lot of clear watery discharge from my vagina. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests so far and both were negative but the line was really faint. I have very irregular periods so technically I haven't missed one because I don't know when they are coming. Does it sound like I'm pregnant and when should I take another test?

Just by symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out the pregnancy.
You once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for blood test for pregnancy and ultrasound.
By this the possibility of pregnancy can be found out and also the cause for your irregular periods can be identified.
If your doctor recommends go for hormonal profile once including thyroid profile and prolactin levels.
If any abnormality found in the reports you can take treatment accordingly.
