Have Holes Above Anal Hole, Discharges Red Fluid Like Mucus And Sometimes Smell. What Is It?
hi doc... i m very worried because i have three very tiny holes above my anal hole. it discharges fluid which smetimes smells, discharges with reddish color and sticky jus like mucus? may i please know wat it is ? well ! i live in bhutan a very tiny asian country and doctors here are not aware of this and we have few surgeon..

I think your condition could be a fistula in ano. means a tract connecting anal canal and surrounding skin.
One of the reason could be prolonged infected anal glands, crohn's disease.
You need to get operated for this by removing whole tract.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.

These three tiny holes just above anal opening may be fissures .
As you mentioned in your query that there is fluid ( red with mucus) with smell means fecal matter .
The best way is to consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is very important.
