Have Hirsutism, Acne, Man-hair On Arms And Have Signs Of Male Pattern Baldness, Sweating?. How To Get Rid Of It?
I have hirsutism and besides the acne , man-hair on my arms and have signs of male pattern baldness I am sweating so excessively that it is impacting my life. The most difficulty I have is with sweating of the head (hair is soaking wet) and face. It is so bad that people ask questions about it and comment about it. I can sweat just as badly in 70 degree aircoditioning as outside heat. Cool weather or warm weather, I still can sweat profusely. (I had surgery for a pituitary adenoma a little over a year ago.) I am on 100 mg of Spironolactone daily. Is there more information that you can provide? Sybil Cassin

Hi are suffering from polycystic ovarian disease which presents as amenorrhea.hirsutism.male battern baldness and on ultrasound see multicysted ovaries.removal of pitutary adenoma causes lot of sweating.it dhould be treated by clomiphene citrate and metformin.if not subdided ovarian cyst should be removed
