Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You are beginning to have kidney failure – because of neglecting to treat the blood pressure / added later on by obstructive uropathy from urethral stricture.
You should consult a kidney specialist (Nephrologist) – to prevent further progression of your kidney problem... He will be able to advise on fruits and vegetables – based on results of blood test, especially potassium...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
