Have Headache And Fever. Sore Red Bump On Back And Cold Sore On Lower Lip. Solution?

I have had a slight headache, a possible fever for the past couple days. The nausea came on and off today. Plus I think I might have a cold sore on the lower inside lip. And I have a slightly sore red bump on my lower back that looks like a bug bite? I don't know if this is stress related or not. Pluss I had a sore throat at the beginning.
