Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there, thanks for asking. It can be true. It depends on when that glioma has happened and what is the reason for. Left frontal lobe lesions as you mentioned can cause depression. However, it is treatable and your depression will respond to medication or psychotherapy. Your hemoglubin is also in the lower normal and borderline limit which can cause fatigue. Post natal depression is very important to be paid attention otherwise it can become chronic or repeated in the next pregnancies. i wish you a good health.

Psychiatrist Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi's  Response
Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You had post natal depression and you are showing symptoms of word confusion, shaking, tiredness. On CT scan calcified granuloma in Frontal Lobe has found. As it is calcified so it is a chronic granuloma. Due to granuloma in frontal lobe symptoms like apathy, mood swings, change in personality may be seen. So depression in your case may be due to granuloma.
thanks
