Hello, I read carefully your query and understand your concern. The formation of calcified granulomas in the lungs is often due to infections. These can be from a bacterial infection, such as tuberculosis which should be confirmed with examination. The granulomas generally heal and disappear on their own. But, if they don t heal, the lung tissue can remain inflamed and become scarred and stiff. Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the inflammation in the lung. Hope my answer was helpful.
