Have Gas Pains, Bloating, Constipation. Horizontal Lines Beneath Finger Nails. Is It IBS?

have had gas pains - bloating - some constipation followed by an explosive bout - back to constipation - then normal. Have a redder face (appearance) looks like yeast overgrowth - have horizontal lines underneath finger nails (righ below where the white turns red - one single line on each finger). Have bouts of brain fog and focus issues. Have been tested for nearly everything - doctors coming back with IBS...

thanks for using health care magic.
u are already been suffering from chronic gastritis and i think u might be loosing vit b 12.
check for serum b12 levels to rule out the cause of u r symptoms.
i think u might have pernicious anemia.
