Have Excessive Sweating. No Medication Till Now. What Is The Solution For This Problem?

I'm embarrassed to ask, but I have a problem. I am a 17 year old male, in highschool, so you must imagine how I must feel. I have been called smelly numerous times, and I may think it's the fact that, for some reason, I sweat (EXCESSIVELY) around the groin, anus, and thighs. I also get a bit tender (Red and VERY SORE) around the area of which my genitals meet my thighs. Could you please help?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
Excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, can be a warning sign of thyroid problems, diabetes or infection. Excessive sweating is also more common in people who are overweight or out of shape.
But as you are just 17, these troubles are not common.
You may be a victim of primary focal hyperhidrosis.
Primary focal hyperhidrosis isn't medically risky.
Use antiperspirants for cosmetic change and consume less salt.
And don't worry.
