Have Cramps, Spotting, Coin Size Clot Found But No Periods. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?
Last month my period came on time but I had bad cramps and a huge gush of strictly pinkish watery fluid, I then spotted for a couple days and it stopped. After that I got pink spotting around the time of ovulation and a couple days after that as well. On day 30 when my period was due I had more pink spotting. Day 34 I passed a dollar coin size clot but no period. Day 35 I started bleeding but again I had alot of fluid. I spotted red blood for one more day and it's gone. I am now on day 37 and still having cramping but no period. I took a test at 2 days late and it was negative. Is something wrong?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The coin sized clot that you passed is likely to be due to an old blood retained in the uterine cavity may be due to hormonal disturbance. Since the pregnancy test is negative, there is no need to worry. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Rakhi Tayal , drrakhitayal@gmail.com
