Have Bleeding After Problem With Bowel Movement
Ok I'm pregnant 28 and have been trying to get pregnant by my husband I got pregnant by him 2 times already one miscarriage and one etopic about 8 mouths ago but in my life time I had around 6miscarriage and one child who is nine.I couldn't do a bowel movement for like 3 days and I was pushing to hard I'm guessing..but I started bleeding right after it I'm confused it's been 4 days now and I'm bleeding light no cramps they said my hcg was 101 but couldn't tell if I was miscarriage or not so what can I do to keep this from a miscarriage

Hi. Bleeding after hard stool can be because of constipated stool or anal fissure, which might have eroded anal membrane from inside and caused bleeding. You can take some stool softener like lactulose syp. and sitz bath. Also, I will advise you to see some surgeon and get P/R ex. to see inside of anal canal.Don't strain much. I am really sorry to know about the previous obstetric history. Please get your TVS ( internal scan) done to see everything is ok and take supportive medicine what ever is required. Are you on ASA(Ecosprin) right now. This can also cause bleeding.
