Hello, thanks for using HCM.
From the description, the pain sounds as though a peritoneal irritation pain which will occur if any of the organs covered with peritoneum is inflamed. Appendicitis a common cause of pain in the right side of the abdomen that has to be ruled out. It is associated with fever, pain in the right side of the abdomen when both the right and left side of the abdomen are compressed. Another possible diagnosis since you mentioned about pink stools ( blood stained?) could be an infection of the gut. However, the possibility of having a urinary infection can not be ruled out since urinary infections can cause irritation of the gut especially when it is cause by the bacteria E. coli. However, you need to see your Doctor for an appropriate evaluation and tests such as stool analysis, urine analysis, WIDAL and an ultrasound as deem necessary by your doctor after the examination.
Best regards and hope this helps.
