Brief Answer:
Can be infection or disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain that you have can be related to renal infection and cyst or due to a disc prolapse. Proper investigations like MRI scan and a urine examination. The treatment will depend on the cause. Do consult an orthopedician for proper tests and prescription medicines.

Brief Answer:
infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Blood in the urine is suggestive of an infection or a stone. This will need proper antibiotics for treatment. No need to worry. Start taking plenty of fluids and fresh cranberry juice.
Hope my answer is helpful.
