Have Anal Fistula And Blood Along With Stool

Hello doctor good morning, I am 36 yr old and i am suffering from anal fistula now within couple of months i am going for surgery to eradicate this problem but another problem occurred i am pouring little blood with stool from last few months i thought its because of anal fistula but now from few days i am facing continue mild headache and my neck part feels exhaustness . iam also facing flatulence problem
