Have Acne, Cramps. Had Sex. Pregnant Or Populating Early?

My period came on time as usual I have a 24 day cycle 5 day period...it s like clock work. My husband and have been having sex since my cycle ended three days ago..today I have acne and and I m very irritated and slight cramping in lower right quadrant wma I ovulating there is no sign of cm that I ve noticed yet I haven t been on bc for over 4 years.. could I have gotten pregnant before my last cycle or am I populating early usually I get this cramping feeling before my period.

Thanks for your query.
Since you had your regular period, I do not think there is a chance of pregnancy.
The pain and cramping could by because of ovulation, however ovulation just three days after your periods is also rare.
You could be having mild gastroenteritis or an infection that is causing such cramping.
The acne is also incidental according to me.
Since it is too early to test for a pregnancy, the only way to know whats going on is to see a Gynecologist if the cramping is really worrisome
