Have A Big Mole. It Has Pus, Foul Odor. Now It Has Become Hard, Little Pus. Problem?

i have a mole on my upper chest since 5-7 years, The size of the mole has grown bigger and bumpy, pus and it has foul odor. I used to squeezed it and let pus out but now a days it became little hard to squeeze and very little pus comes out. The size of the mole or bump is the same size as an eraser of a pencil. and it is same skin color as my body but bumpy and in the middle it has small black hole that releases pus. I have no pain on the mole.

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
From your description, you seem to be having a sebaceous cyst. It is a cyst containing oil like material which can burst on its own or get secondarily infected.
You need to get it removed completely as it could get recurrent infections.
Please consult your surgeon or dermatologist for te same.
Hope this helped.
Take care,
