Hi! Osgood Shlatter disease occurs usually in the very young to adolescent age group and this is a self limiting disease. So I will not consider it to be Osgood Shlatter diseae. Rather it possibly is a blunt injury which has caused a chronic inflammation of the patella or the capsule which is causing you the pain. I would suggest you to get yourself reviewed by an orthopaedic surgeon, who may also advise you for a long term low dose anti inflammatory drug and some kind of regular physiotherapy for your knee.
Wishing you an early recovery.
