Hashimoto Hypothyroid, Goiter, Pain In Thyroid, Choking. Advise?

Hi doc. I'm a 29 y/o F with 13yr hx of hashimoto/hypothyroid. I might add an RN(wort kind of patient) and non compliant in taking my synthroid. Any way, Iknow feom my last visit I had goiter (small). Ive had increase pain to my thyriod and increasingly having to clear my throat and take my time with swallowing because I choke occasionally. I have 3 young kids non older than 8. I'm just worried about thyroid CA.

Hello ....hope you be fine. ...dear you should take your medicine regularly and after every 6 munrhs you should not only perform thyroid function tests. Full bolld vount for anemia..livet function test for lipid profile plus an ekg ...and serum calcium..bcz thyroid control all these function. ..now you say you have difficulty in swallowing and choking sensation. ..you ned to be conscious it mean the goiter is incteasing in size get your dose adjusted or switch to other group of drug...dear what seems is the size of goiter is increasing which dose not mean its cancer but you still need to consult doctorm....stay blessed
