Has Fever, On Augmentin, Dolo. Have Headache, Chillness Now. Malaria, Dengue Negative. Fever Reoccurred Now. Suggestions?

My daughter aged 18 had sudden fever 102 degrees and had augmentin 375 and ceftum 500. With dolo 650 fever is coming down. After 6-7 hours again fever starting with headache in the forehead and chillness. All tests including malaria, typhoid, dengue were negative. For 10 days she was normal. Again the same type of fever is reoccurred. Why? Will you please advice me Sir?

Its always better to resend the blood investigations fur dengue and malaria as many times false positives may come up.
Also its high time that she should undergo a MRI scan. Some times meningitis or encephalitis may present with such symptoms.
