Hard, pimple sized bump on the top of clavicle, low appetite. Cause?

I have a hard pimple size bump that feels like its part of a bone but is not. its immobile and not really painful unless i press on it hard. its on top of my right clavicle , right at the knuckle like part of the clavicle closes to the sternum. I had lost a little bit of my appetite but that may just be due to the stress of exams.
