Hard Lump At The Bottom Of Adams Apple. Feeling Tightness In Neck And Throat. What Is The Reason?
Okay, recently my throat started to feel odd and i left it alone and now i keep on swallowing . I felt my neck and it seemed hard, and tight and then i noticed to see a lump maybe at bottom of Adam s apple. it feels hard like a bone but i m unsure. I can breathe,shallow, eat and drink like normal but this tightness is killing me more rather bothering

The onset of lump in the throat is usually nothing to be concerned about.
All you need to do is take the proper ENT consult and Medications which will make sure the symptoms go away in a week or so. A routine treatment would involve any combination of antibiotics, painkillers and anti histamine.
Also take plenty of warm fluids during the time.
if the lump persists beyond a couple of weeks or so then it has to be properly investigated by either needle cytology, scan and by endoscopy. Get these tests done and get back to me or any ENT for this.
