Hands Tingle While Waking Up. Have Finger Twitching And Muscle Spasms. Advice?

My hands tingle when I wake up. Sometimes my finger twitches when I first walked up or when I am watching television. My hands tingle when I need to wee and sometimes I'll have randon muscle spasms which I think start round my neck. Could these all be linked, should I have worried and do you have any idea why this could be
