Hello I sprained my left hand years ago and since then i do experience pain in spell. The top of my hand will be warm and really painful.. Touch and movements are really painful.. I will loose all strength .. The problem is that i am left handed.. The pain will stay for a few days and go.. It has been a few weeks the pain spells are becoming more regular.. I am thinking this might be algodystrophy.. What do you think ? What can i do to ease the pain and gain more strength in my hand ?
