Hi,

Hair fall may be due to a number of reasons.

Thyroid profile and hemoglobin are normal.

Still it may be due to long term illness or stress state like surgery, psychological stress etc. Here the hair fall starts 3-4 months after the event. The hair fall stops in next 6-9 months.

It may be secondary to any drug intake like the antiepileptics, cytotoxic drugs etc.

50-100 hair may fall every day and it is absolutely normal. Sometimes a person may start taking it as abnormal and tension is mounted which may lead to fall of increased no. of hair.

Some systemic diseases can also lead to hair fall.

Visit a dermatologist and discuss your problem with him or her.
