Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Normally after suturing, it will take around 7 days to heal i.e., liable to remove stitches if the organ is intact. You might have got pain and blood loss because of movements of your body. If you had visited doctor around 5 days or so and if the doctor says stitches were intact I think the problem would not be with the broken stitches. If you still have huge blood loss consult again. Thank you.
