Had Unprotected Sex. Have Delayed Periods, Pain, Fainting And Fluid In Abdomen Like Ruptured Ovarian. HCG Low

My last menstrual cycle began July 24th. I had unprotected sex July 5, 6, 7, 8. Saturday August 17th my hcg quantitative serum was 1. I had severe pain, fainting, and moderate fluid in my abdomen. They said likely an ovarian cost ruptured. They said I am not pregnant. I am now 3 days late for my menstrual cycle and my hcg today was "less than 2." I feel nauseous, tired, moody, and bloated. I generally do not feel well. My bloodwork was normal they said. Any idea what's wrong?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You are definitely not pregnant.
Also, an ultrasound scan will reveal the ovarian cyst if it HAS ruptured.
Am sure that was done, if so, please attach the report.
Also, a ruptured ovarian cyst could cause the pain , fainting and fluid, as could ruptured appendix etc.
If not done, go for abdominal and pelvic ultrasound.
Take care.
