Had Surgical Procedures For Sinus. Still No Change. Sudafed Works. Suggestions?
yes i was in a bad car crash, and broke the bones in my face .well it messed up my sinus cavities severly so that i have already had 2 two surgical procedures ,one up each nustril, totru to fix my sinuses. it hassnt worked well at night i nearly choke on the amount of phlem .i have tried everything ,only thing works is sudafed .sdomeone told me these tabs work better

I have gone through your query regarding sinus problem which had been corrected by surgery. As you said that you have been operated twice, but still you have problem, for this I would like to tell you please don't be discourage, these facial swellings some times takes longer time to disappear,once you are free of infection in nasal cavity and swelling than you go for these two basic investigations-
(1) Diagnostic Nasal endoscopy.
(2) M.R.I. of paranasal sinuses.
By these investigations it will be clear that what anatomical obstruction is still persisting which
than accordingly plan for treatment.
