Hello, and welcome to HCM!

I believe you are saying that she has started her period today. If that is the case it means that she is not pregnant. However, if she isn't sure that the bleeding she is having is an actual menstrual cycle (some women can have vaginal bleeding for other reasons), she should get a pregnancy test. This can be purchased over the counter or a doctor can do the test in the clinic.

I wish you good health, and thank you for posting on HCM!
