Had Pap Smear Test. Biopsy Results Shows Atypical Hyperplasia. Cervix Is Normal In Ultrasound. Any Suggestion?

I would like to know what my test results mean:
7 months ago had pap - Dr. referred me to have biopsy - the results came back hyperplasia atypical
I have had very little spotting between my regulars cycles
No pregnancies, no hormones, not over weight , age 43
Just had another biopsy came back the same - DR. proscribe progestion 200mg
Just had a ultrasound and the cervix is normal - no thicking
So what should be my next course - do I really need to take hormones

Presence of atypical cells either means a chronic infection or malignancy. It's not advisable to take hormones. Would suggest you to discuss the need and indication of hormones in your case with your obstetrician. Also suggest you to discuss the needof dilatation and curetage with your obstetrician.
