Hi, after three weeks of Dilation and Curettage
(D&C) you should not be either in pain or bleeding. It can be due to some tissue or products still left behind or uterine infection
or less likely a condition called Persistent Gestational Trophoblastic Disorder, in which the placental tissue persists and overgrows into the uterine wall.I would suggest you get a pelvic ultrasound
done to rule out retained products of conception, any tissue mass in the uterus
or signs of infecton and follow up with a gynaecologist for further investigations and appropriate treatment.
