Had Microfracture Surgery, Severe Knee Pain, Taking Anti Inflammatory Drugs. Wrong With Surgery?

I had microfracture surgery done four weeks ago. Been at the pt But knee is getting progressively worse. Pain is now Radiating up and down my leg... Back and inner side Of knee is sooo painful and now I can t bend my knee at all. Icing four times a day, still taking anti inflams and elevating. Pt and os don t Seem concerned. I m in horrible pain. Did the surgery go wrong? Thanks
