Hello, First, you need to regularize your period with above medication for getting timely ovulation. It should be continued for at least 3-6 cycles. Duoluton is combined OCP. On using it, only period will be regularize but conception does not takes place. For planning baby, you need to stop above medication after completing the course to regain fertility. You need to do unprotected sex around ovulation time or fertile days to maximize the chance of pregnancy. Using ovulation prediction kit is also helpful. Further, you may take progesterone pill only from D16-D25 if you again get irregular period. Though, it will not interfere with conception. For PCOS, you need to take low carbohydrate diet with folic acid supplement and control body wt by regular exercise. Good luck.
